4EightyFive, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (SFMAIC). SFMAIC provides personnel and technical support to 4Eighty Five. 4EightyFive may share your personal information with SFMAIC and the State Farm family of companies (affiliates) for purposes such as:

to analyze information collected from you through the course of your interactions with 4EightyFive.
to contact you regarding products and services in which you expressed an interest.

To Limit the Sharing of Your Personal Information
We may share customer information within our affiliated (State Farm family) companies so, for example, we do not have to ask you for the same information again. If you prefer to limit sharing of your information please email us at contactus@4eightyfive.com. Please note, your choice:
does not limit 4EightyFive from sharing certain information about your transactions or experiences with us for our everyday business purposes or for public policy purposes.
does not limit 4EightyFive from sharing customer information in the event of a transfer, between our affiliated companies, of all or a portion of a line of business.
may override any consent previously given to us to share your information among our affiliated companies.
If you have already told us your customer information sharing preference, no action is needed unless you want to change your preference.
Residents of Vermont: 4EightyFive will not share certain customer information across our affiliated companies unless authorized by you. This does not limit 4EightyFive from sharing information about your transactions with us or your experience with us as permitted by law.
How 4EightyFive Protects Your Information
4EightyFive takes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information.
What do I do if I suspect My Information has been Compromised?

Does 4EightyFive Sell My Information?
4EightyFive does not currently sell your information.
However, Nevada law requires that Nevada residents have the ability to opt out of the future sale of your information regardless of whether an entity actually sells information; if you do not want 4EightyFive to sell your information in the future, you may opt out of the sale of your information by sending an opt-out email request to 4EightyFive at contactus@4eightyfive.com.
What Happens When I use 4EightyFive Websites, Mobile or Social Media Apps?
In addition to the information collection and sharing practices described above, 4EightyFive website properties may use common tracking technologies like browser cookies, “Local Shared Objects”, analytical tools, device IDs, or other technologies.
